Signature Dark is a novel musical concept which runs the gamut of vivid and atmospheric soundscapes from ambient to drone, doom jazz and experimental music. The visual concept supports audio narration.

LIVE: Rasmus Hedlund

Fine artist and music producer from Finland. Initiating music production over a couple of decades ago with some typical cross-genre experimentation and finding sounds suitable for anything between ambient and techno but always with a notable love for dub and bass heavy music. Shortly after finishing his university degree in fine arts the plan for starting a platform to combine his art and music was put together in the Ljudverket imprint. A series of vinyl albums were released and audio was produced for art installations and film soundtracks, continuing on the same path to this day.

LIVE: Heikki Lindgren

In the ongoing experimentations of long sound, Heikki Lindgren creates soundscapes diving into archaic aesthetics. Traditional Karelian instruments find common ground with live electronics and field recordings. Alongside with solo performances and sound art projects, he is part of VONGOIVA experimental audiovisual duo, HLER drone ambient duo, ÄÄRI experimental ambient duo and KOHELLUS folk ambient group.

VJ Random Doctors

Random Doctors is a Helsinki-based VJ (Video Jockey) group formed in 2004. Mixing up live visuals they explore the depths of our cultural subconscious fearlessly challenging djs and musicians to push their limits. From festivals to smallest underground clubs and art events Random Doctors stay true to their mission, to seek the magical moment where music, visuals and audience become one.

DJ A. Myllykoski

Aleksi Myllykoski is an audio artist, composer, producer, and a well-respected DJ from Helsinki, Finland (under the name A. Myllykoski). He is also part of the widely known electronic music group RinneRadio. His latest solo album St. Virus was released on Signature Dark label in 2022. At Oodi we will hear from him some high quality ambient, drone and dark ambient music with a twist.
